1. A wireless power reception system, comprising:
a receiver coil disposed about a perimeter of a mobile device; and a wireless power receiver circuit coupled to the receiver coil, the wireless power receiver circuit and the receiver coil configured to receive power via a wireless field at a first frequency, the received wireless power sufficient to charge or power a load, the wireless power receiver circuit and the receiver coil having an inductance and a capacitance such that the wireless power receiver circuit and the receiver coil are configured to resonate at a resonant frequency that is substantially equal to the first frequency, the receiver coil having a ferrite-less core being resistant to degradation of a resonant condition of the receiver coil and the wireless power receiver circuit from permanent magnets in the mobile device. |
