a main plate comprising a bend disposed along an upper edge of the main plate; a slider plate configured to movably slide against the main plate, the slider plate comprising an offset disposed along an entire upper edge of the slider plate, the offset being substantially parallel with the bend, wherein the bend and the offset are substantially the same length; and a charging device configured to create a force in a direction from the offset to the bend.
