1. A computer-implemented method for accessing information during a teleconferencing event, the method comprising:
identifying, by a computer, a reference to a document transmitted by a telecommunication device participating in a teleconferencing event, wherein the identifying includes using speech analysis to identify the reference to the document being discussed during the teleconferencing event; determining, by the computer, an identity of a user of the participating telecommunication device; determining, by the computer, whether the user has permission to access the identified document; responsive to determining the user has permission to access the identified document, transmitting, by the computer, the identified document to the participating telecommunication device; determining, by the computer, the user has permission to update the identified document; responsive to determining the user has permission to update the identified document, receiving, by the computer, an update to the identified document from the user using speech recognition software; and updating, by the computer, the identified document on a participating telecommunication device of the user during the teleconferencing event. |
