An anti-stick agent and a performance enhancing agent that may be incorporated into an aqueous medium to assist in the prevention of soils and bodily exudates adhering to the skin. A substrate may be utilized to assist in delivering the anti-stick agent and the performance enhancing agent to the skin.

1. A lotioned wipe product comprising:
a. a substrate; b. a lotion comprising a water-soluble anti-stick agent, and a performance enhancing agent wherein said lotion is in contact with said substrate; further wherein the lotion comprises between 0.05% to 5% w/w of said water-soluble anti-stick agent, said anti-stick agent comprising an alkoxylated polyol compound, wherein said alkoxylated polyol compound comprises a central polyol moiety comprising three hydroxyl groups, wherein the three hydroxyl groups are alkoxyl groups, wherein said alkoxyl groups comprise materials selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene, and mixtures thereof, wherein the average total degree of alkoxylation is from about 1 to about 100, wherein said alkoxyl groups comprise a phosphate capping group, and said performance enhancing agent is xanthan gum.
