WATERBORNE UV PRIMER COMPOSITION AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an aqueous UV primer composition and a preparing method thereof. The aqueous UV primer composition includes: 48-75 wt% of water; 10-20 wt% of butyl acetate; 10-15 wt% of cellosolve acetate; 0.9-4.4 wt% of halogenated rubber; 0.1-3 wt% of a vinyl copolymer resin; 0.9-2 wt% of an emulsifier; 2.89-6 wt% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate which is an acrylic monomer; 0.01-0.1 wt% of benzophenone which is an initiator; 0.1-1 wt% of a glycolic acid; and 0.1-0.5 wt% of an oleic acid. The solid content of the aqueous UV primer composition is 5-10 wt%.
