The present invention provides compounds of Formula (I): as defined in the specification and compositions comprising any of such novel compounds. These compounds are antagonists of P2Y1 receptor which may be used as medicaments.;

1. A compound of Formula (I): or a stereoisomer, a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
ring A is independently selected from  andR1 is independently selected from H, halogen and OH;R2 is independently H or halogen;R3 is independently selected from H, halogen, C1-6 haloalkyl, CN and CO2(C1-4 alkyl);R4 is independently C2-6 alkyl substituted with 0-3 F atoms;R5 is, independently at each occurrence, selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkenyl, CO2(C1-4 alkyl), phenyl, pyridyl, benzyl, pyrazolyl, N—(C1-4 alkyl)-pyrazolyl, pyrazinyl, quinoxalinyl, and  wherein each ring moiety is substituted with zero to three substituents independently selected from the group consisting of: halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkoxy, and N(C1-4 alkyl)2;R6 is, independently at each occurrence, selected from H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, CN and CO2(C1-4 alkyl); and
