<p>An oral care implement comprises a handle (110) and a head (120). A plurality of tooth cleaning elements (130) may extend from a front surface (121) of the head (110), which is formed by a plurality of spaced-apart segments formed of a rigid material, wherein the plurality of segments include a cruciform segment (140) integrally formed with and extending from a distal end of the handle (110), a first pair of segments (141, 145) located on opposite sides of a longitudinal portion (140A) of the cruciform segment (140), and a second pair of segments (142, 144) located on opposite sides of the longitudinal portion (140 A) of the cruciform segment (140), with the first pair of segments (141, 145) being located on an opposite side of a transverse portion (140B) of the cruciform segment (140) from the second pair of segments (142, 144). The segments of the first and second pairs are flexibly connected to the cruciform segment (140).</p> |
