摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing compressed chicken, which compresses circular chicken to have a constant thickness and drills a plurality of heat ventilation holes to facilitate heat conduction during a cooking process and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing compressed chicken, which can add much more flavor by allowing all the pieces and parts including inner flesh to be evenly cooked, due to having expanded specific surface area through compression and drilling, and can be very usefully used to boost quality competitiveness and increase income for stores by shortening a cooking time of a chicken or the like. The apparatus of manufacturing compressed chicken in accordance with the present invention comprises: a compressing device which evenly compresses circular chicken or pieces of the circular chicken, such as chicken breast meat or the like, to have a constant thickness; and a drilling device which drills a plurality of heat ventilation holes in order for high temperature frying oil, spice, sauce, flavoring liquid and the like to be rapidly permeated into chicken and to be cooked much more quickly and evenly in the process of cooking the compressed chicken. According to the present invention, the present invention can solve problems in that thick pieces, such as chicken breast meat, may be boiled without being sufficiently fried and enables chicken breast meat or the like, which has been too dry and rough to eat in the past, to be consumed more smoothly and softly.
