Disclosed is a communications method of a vehicle capable of being charged while driving. The communications method includes the steps of: constructing a communications link between a charging station and the vehicle; receiving request information of either battery replacement or battery charging from the charging station; transmitting the received request information to a terminal of the vehicle; and receiving completion information that a discharged battery in the charging station is replaced by one or more spare batteries arranged in the vehicle or the discharged battery is charged.
