<p>A light emitting device in an embodiment comprises a substrate; a light emitting structure arranged on the substrate, and including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer, and having a groove exposing the first conductive semiconductor layer, and including the bottom and the side surface; a first electrode arranged on the first conductive semiconductor layer exposed by the groove; and a reflection insulation layer arranged between the first electrode and the groove, and electrically insulating the first electrode from the second conductive semiconductor layer and the active layer, wherein the first electrode penetrates the reflection insulation layer and contacts with the first conductive semiconductor layer.</p> |
