Disclosed are an integrated circuit treating multiple bit signals and a semiconductor device including the integrated circuit. The integrated circuit according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises first and second bit circuits treating first and second bit signals respectively. Layouts of the first and second bit circuits are arranged close on a substrate to form a unit cell. The unit cell incudes a first well and a second well biasing to different voltages respectively. The layouts of the first and second bit circuits can share the first well and/or the second well.
