<p>The present invention relates to a system for measurement and image processing capable of correcting an error by transferring measured values of the measurement devices to a detecting sensor and informing the detecting sensor of the measurement error, and also allowing a worker to confirm error information to correct the error information or replace the measuring device in the field when a measured mistake is generated by comparing a measured value recorded in gradations of the measuring device with an actually transferred measured value. The measuring devices provided in a remote site are connected to a collecting device. The collecting device is connected to the main server through a modem. Images of the measuring devices are captured by a camera. The captured image is compared with the measured values of the measuring devices in the image processing device. The image processing device includes: a measured value input unit receiving measured values of the measuring devices; an image input unit receiving images of the cameras; a measured value storing unit storing the measured values of the measuring devices; an image storing unit storing the images of the cameras; a still image converting unit extracting an image in a specific time zone of a measuring device from the image storing unit and converting the image into a still image; a still image decoding unit digitalizing an external display value of the measuring device by decoding the still image of the still image converting unit; a measured value comparison determining unit determining a set mistake range by comparing the digitalized display value with the measured value of the corresponding measuring device in the same time zone; and a control unit notifying the main server of an error of the corresponding measuring device when the measured value is out of the mistake range according to predetermination of the measured value comparison determining unit.</p> |
