The present invention relates to a syringe-type device for injecting a drug, comprising a body, a pusher, a cover portion and a locking portion. The body consists of a cartridge mounting portion where a cartridge filled with the drug is mounted, and a needle connected to the cartridge at the end thereof to discharge the drug. The pusher is mounted on the body to push the cartridge and make the drug discharged through the needle. The cover portion is movably mounted on the body to expose or cover the needle. The locking portion is mounted on the body to lock the cover portion while the cover portion covers the needle.
