Invention herewith described refers to the device for producing cream-kaymak. Instead of the wooden container for cream -kaymak production, there is constructed a modern device (1) for the technically more perfect mode of production whose application also created a new technological process. Full control of the production conditions is provided through the device automatics with the exact time and parameters as well as the execution of the manufacturing process of cream-kaymak in the device (1), makes it possible to produce the cream of higher quality characteristics than the home-manufactured product. The closed and insulated space of the device (1) chamber (2) creates the reliable hygiene conditions, and allows the continuous movement of the sterile air of regulated temperature and humidity during the process of extraction cream from milk. It also provides the shortest period of time of fat and protein separation and production of cream-kaymak with standard good chemical, organoleptic and bacteriological characteristics.
