Provided are a method for arranging thin film glass in layers by which a tool processing space can be obtained since films can be arranged in layers between each pieces of thin film glass when thin film glass blocks are simultaneously chamfered, and a thin film glass block produced through the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: disposing a first protective thin film glass; laminating a first film on an upper end part of the first protective thin film glass; arranging first thin film glass on an upper end part of the first film; repeatedly arranging a second film and second thin film glass in layers on an upper end part of the first thin film glass as much as a predetermined number of times; arranging a second protective thin film glass on an upper end part of a film disposed on an uppermost end part thereof; and cutting a completely arranged thin film glass block disc into a predetermined size. Adhesive powder is respectively coated, at a predetermined thickness, on an upper end part and a lower end part of each film.
