The present invention relates to a brake caliper housing having different strengths and a method to manufacture the same and, more specifically, relates to a brake caliper housing and a method to manufacture the same wherein molten metal is injected into a cast made of a cavity of one or more brake caliper housings and cooled; a brake caliper housing with properties realized to form a bilateral symmetry is cast; a chiller installed in an external surface of the cavity; the molten metal cooling speed of a part with the chiller installed is relatively increased when cooling; a strength selectively improved; a minute structure and properties with bilateral symmetry having 5% or less of Young′s modulus deviation of a left part and a right part of the manufactured brake caliper housing being obtained; the pearlite fraction of the contacting part where stress is concentrated is high; vibration, noise or the like of the brake caliper housing are reduced when operating the brake; and, the NVH performance being improved.
