Provided in the present invention is a mobile terminal which comprises a display part outputting a calling screen in a calling mode; a sound output part outputting a voice of an opponent in the calling mode; a touch sensing part formed in an area adjacent to the sound output part, and formed to detect touch by a body in the calling mode; and a control part when the touch is detected by the sensing part, controlling the display part to limit output of the calling screen.
