<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture core-shell structure nanoparticle and a core-shell structure nanoparticle manufactured by the same and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture the core-shell structure nanoparticle and the core-shell structure nanoparticle manufactured by the same which comprises: (first step) a step of manufacturing a core nanoparticle through an explosion of a core metal wire in an electric wire explosion device; (second step) a step of moving and collecting the nanoparticle, manufactured in the first step, into a shell metal precursor liquid of a particle collecting part; and (third step) a step of obtaining a core-shell nanoparticle from the shell precursor liquid collecting the core nanoparticle. According to the present invention, the method is capable of manufacturing a high purity core-shell structure nanoparticle without adding an extra organic matter and a reducing agent by adding the core nanoparticle into the shell precursor liquid after the nanoparticle in the electric wire explosion device. Moreover, as a nanoparticle having a structure wherein a shell closely surrounds a core is manufactured by adding a core metal and a shell metal at a specific mole ratio, a surface of the core is prevented from being oxidized. As the high purity core-shell structure nanoparticle is able to be sintered at low temperatures, the nanoparticle is able to be applied to a flexible board, and a conductive film having high electric conduction is able to be manufactured.</p> |
