<p>The present invention relates to a composition of a waterborne non-UV primer and a preparing method thereof, the composition comprising: 55-75 wt% of water, 23-30 wt% of butyl cellosolve acetate, 1-5 wt% of halogenated rubber, 0.1-2 wt% of vinyl resin copolymer, 0.1-2 wt% of a modified EVA resin, 0.7-5 wt% of an emulsifier, and 0.1-1 wt% of organic acid, wherein a content of solid is 2-7 wt%.</p> |
