The device has a fluid tank (16) with a set of pumps (14), and a control unit (18) for switching on and off the pumps based on the height of a liquid level in the tank. A set of sensors (21, 22) is connected with the control unit for detecting the liquid levels i.e. switching on and switching off levels of the pumps. The device adjusts the switching off levels of the pumps based on an inflow amount of the liquid received by the tank. The device rises the switching off levels of the pumps during large inflow amount. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a level-dependent pump control device. |
