Disclosed are an antenna device for wireless communications and wireless charging maintaining wireless charging efficiency and increasing range of local area communications by stacking radial patterns for wireless communications on both sides of a wireless charging coil to have an overlapped area, and a wireless charger including the same. The disclosed antenna device for wireless communications and wireless charging comprises a wireless charging antenna module including multiple wireless charging coils; a first local area communications antenna module stacked on one side of the wireless charging antenna module, and overlapped with one among the multiple wireless charging coils; and a second local area communications antenna module stacked on the other side of the wireless charging antenna module, and overlapped with another among the multiple wireless charging coils.
