<p>The present invention relates to a vertical axis type windmill for a wind power generator. A vertical axis type windmill (A) is capable of producing power on an upper part of a tower (10) connected to a number of steel pipes. The vertical axis type windmill (A) comprises: a rotary shaft (32) rotating by being connected to a number of blades (20) on the upper part of the tower (10); a gear box (40) becoming faster by being interlocked with a number of gears from the rotary shaft (32); and a power generator (50) exposed to the outside of the tower (10). The blades (20) rotate by being combined with each blade fixer (36a) horizontally installed from the rotary shaft (32), but the blade fixer (36a) is strongly supported by an upper support (34a) and a lower support (38a) connected from a lower rotor (38), an upper rotor (36), and a connecting bracket (34) fixated on the rotary shaft (32). Moreover, the rotary shaft (32) of the present invention is combined with a rotor shaft (14) combined with a main gear (42) installed in a gear box (40), but a generator gear (46) becomes faster as a speed increasing gear (44) is combined and interlocked with the generator gear (46) operating the generator (50) and the main gear (42). The generator (50) is a synchronizing generator, changing its capacity depending on the number of poles; and the generator, having a variety of capacities from 10-50 Kw, is installed and separated at a speed increasing ratio between the gears.</p> |
