<p>A piston ring comprises a ring body extended in the circumferential direction. A plurality of first vane grooves arranged in the circumferential direction are provided on the upper surface of the ring body. The rotational speed and rotational direction of the piston by exhaust gas, and the like can be adjusted by controlling the number of piston rings having the first vane grooves, the number of first vane grooves, the angle formed by a centerline and a radial direction of the first vane grooves, and the like. By controlling the rotation of the piston ring, the position of an end gap included in the piston ring can be adjusted. Therefore, the position adjustment of the end gap can prevent oil consumption and stabilize the operation of an engine.</p> |
