A beam alignment apparatus using an off-axis of an optical cavity according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an optical cavity body; a first alignment indicator which is arranged separately from one side of the optical cavity body; and a second alignment indicator which is arranged separately from another side of the optical cavity body. The beam alignment apparatus aligns a beam by adjusting an incident angle of a laser so that the laser is incident through the first alignment indicator and then passes through the second alignment indicator.
