The invention relates to a process for producing composite materials used in the building materials industry. According to the invention, the process consists in grinding the green biomass waste to a particle size of 1...10 cm which subsequently are pressed to a humidity content of 40...80% wherefrom there results a liquid which is separately collected and a mass which is dehydrated to a humidity content of 2...5 % and it is ground together with naturally dried lignocellulosic waste until a pulverous mass is obtained, the collected liquid is mixed with water, a hardener based on a mixture of water, calcium carbonates and phosphates, resulting in a homogenous solution which is poured over the pulverous mass and is mixed to homogenize it until a pasty composite material containing 65...85% waste mixture is obtained, said paste is poured by pressing at temperatures of 20...180°C, is cured in a ventilated enclosure for 120...200 h, after which it is structurally stabilized in a press at a temperature of 180...300°C, with a pressing force of 2...5 kg/cm, while possibly carrying out a finishing of the outer surface with or without mechanical machining.
|
