Provided is a voice synchronization apparatus of a moving image capable of reducing the difference of a play time between moving image data and voice data. The apparatus (1) of the present invention comprises: a decoding unit (11) for decoding a frame included in the encoded moving image data to determine a play time of the frame based on a first clock signal, and decoding the encoded voice data to determine a play time of a corresponding voice signal which should be simultaneously played with a frame included in the encoded voice data based on a second clock signal different from the first clock signal; a mute period detection unit (13) for detecting a mute period from the corresponding voice signal; and a voice timing control unit (15) for skipping or repeating the mute period in the period of the corresponding voice signal to reduce the difference of the play time between the frame and the corresponding voice signal. |
