<p>Provided are a purification treatment apparatus and a purification treatment system, capable of generating less odor and sludge in a purification treatment process of organic wastewater and exhibiting high biodegradation efficiency of organic materials. The purification treatment apparatus for high concentration organic wastewater (100) comprises: a dissolving tank (30) including an ozone generator (10) which supplies ozone at a dissolved concentration of 25-50 ppm to wastewater, and an oxygen generator (20) which supplies oxygen at a dissolved concentration of 25-50 ppm to wastewater; a pre-treatment tank (40) configured to allow wastewater to be circulated with the dissolving tank; and a post-treatment tank (150) which performs purification treatment for wastewater treated in the pre-treatment tank and includes a first reacting tank (60) filled with cedar chips and a second reacting tank (70) filled with active charcoal.</p> |
