According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the medicinal herbal jelly may include: a step of extracting medicinal herb in which the medicinal herb is trimmed and put in an herb extractor with the outcome being hot water-extracted; a step of concentrating the herb extract which concentrates the herb extract extracted in the step of extracting medicinal herb; a step of dissolving gelatin in which gelatin is dissolved in boiling water, which is performed, selectively, before or after the step of concentrating the herb or at the same time; a step of manufacturing a mixed solution in which a mixed solution is obtained by adding the concentrated herb extract to the completely dissolved gelatin from the step of dissolving gelatin; a step of manufacturing a dermis extract in which the dermis extract is obtained, which is performed, selectively, before or after the step of manufacturing the mixed solution or at the same time; a step of manufacturing a broiler extract in which the broiler extract is obtained, which is performed, selectively, before or after the steps of manufacturing the mixed solution and the dermis extract or at the same time; a step of adding flavors and scents which controls the flavor and the scent by adding at least one among honey, the dermis extract, and the broiler extract to the mixed solution manufactured from the step of manufacturing the mixed solution; and a step of cool-molding a jelly in which the mixed solution added with one of the dermis extract, the broiler extract and honey is poured into a mold frame and cool-molded. Therefore, by manufacturing the medicinal herb for Shipjeondaebotang in a jelly form by adding gelatin, and by adding the honey, the dermis extract, or the broiler extract to the herbal jelly to improve the flavor and the scent, everyone including children who are usually averse to medicinal herb can easily consume the herbal jelly, and the convenience of eating is also improved.
