The present invention relates to a door for a refrigerator and a method to manufacture the same. Provided is the door for a refrigerator comprising: a door bending a plate made of a metal material to integrally form a first side surface, a front surface, and a second side surface having a cut unit cutting the front surface in a horizontal direction, and having a forming unit wherein an upper side of a cut unit is formed to be recessed on a rear side of the front surface; a handle unit inserted into the cut unit formed between the front surface and the forming unit; a deco unit finishing an upper side and the lower side of the door; a door liner coupled to one side of the deco unit and the first side surface and the second side surface; and an insulation material filled between the door liner and the door.
