The present invention relates to a method for exchanging user medical information between medical institutions. The method includes: a step of a first medical institution system for performing a first authentication process with respect to a user terminal connected to request exchange of medical information based on a first user information DB in the system; a step of the first medical institution system for encrypting the medical information corresponding to a user based on the first authentication result and transmitting a decryption authentication key used for a encryption process to the user terminal; (c) a step of a second medical institution system for performing a second authentication process with respect to connection of the user terminal based on a second user information DB in the system; (d) a step of the second medical institution for receiving the encrypted medical information from the first medical institution system based on the second authentication result; and (e) a step of the second medical institution system for receiving the decryption authentication key from the user terminal and decrypting a password of the encrypted medical information.
