The present invention relates to a functional antibacterial water bottle which can be carried conveniently, and has various functional health materials beneficial to a human body so that pure and clean water without germs can be stored and drunk without anxiety. The present invention can protect water safely from germ propagation or pollution via strong sterilization by a very small amount of silver (Ag+) ions generated by a pure silver plate and a magnetic force generated by a permanent magnet as the water comes into contact simultaneously with the pure silver plate and the permanent magnet in air above the water or in the water when the water is drunk or carried using the water bottle with the pure silver plate and the permanent magnet therein. Functional water without germs can be drunk even in the case of long-term storage as the functional water beneficial to a human body can be manufactured using various functional materials such as tourmaline and magnesium contained in the water bottle.
