<p>The present invention provides a composition based on Fly ash cenospheres useful for making wood substitute comprising jute fibre cloth layers, cenospheres of fly ash, thermosetting resin, diluents and additives. The present invention also provides a method of preparation of above said composition useful for making wood substitute.
