Disclosed are a bit interleaver, a BICM apparatus, and bit interleaving method. A bit interleaver according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first memory storing a LDPC code word having length of 64800 and having code rate of 3/15; a processor generating an interleaved code word by interleaving the LDPC code word into a bit group unit of a size corresponding to a parallel factor of the LDPC code word; and a second memory providing the interleaved code word to a modulator for 64-symbol mapping.
