<p>The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a small solar module by assembling a solar cell material and a circuit on a single PCB substrate at the same time. Most of solar cell elements, except for a portion of rear surface electrode cells, include a bus bar of a negative terminal at a front surface and a bus bar of a positive terminal at a rear surface (figure 2). The structure as described above is the causes of decreasing work efficiency and increasing production costs by interrupting the operations of connecting and assembling the cell elements. In addition, a module having simply connected cell elements without a circuit is specifically limited and has decreased efficiency to be used as a portable power source, in accordance with characteristics of a solar cell with large variations in an open circuit voltage and a load voltage, as the module does not have a function of controlling the voltage and current. A PCB substrate having a pattern to facilitate the arrangement of solar cell elements and the connection to a terminal between the cells is used, and an electronic component is mounted on a circuit unit, thereby performing a function of controlling the output. In addition, production costs are largely reduced due to increased efficiency of an assembling operation as the connection operation between the solar cell elements is facilitated and simplified. The present invention provides the maximum efficiency by controlling the maximum power, as a power circuit for controlling the output of a cell module assembled on a single substrate is mounted thereon, and provides convenience to a user using the solar module with the portable power source, by adding the functions of state display, safety block and the like thereto, thereby largely broadening the range of use for the product.</p> |
