<p>The method for manufacturing a metal PCB by applying a magnesium alloy of the present invention, in a technology for manufacturing a metal PCB by applying a magnesium alloy, which treats the surface of a product made from magnesium alloy, comprises: a step for wet surface treatment to form primarily an oxide film through a wet surface treatment on the surface of a product; a step for dry surface treatment to spray a dry surface treatment solution made by mixing methanol, acetone, and sodium bromide on the surface of the product treated in the step for wet surface treatment and performs heat treatment; and a step for plating to perform plating of the surface of the product treated in the step for dry surface treatment to suit the PCB pattern. The dry surface treatment solution of the step for dry surface treatment is made by forming a mixture by mixing 5-50 volume% of methanol (CH3OH) and 50-95 volume% of acetone (CH3COCH3) and mix 5-25 pts.wt. of sodium bromide (NaBr) to 100 pts.wt. of the mixture. Therefore, as the present invention primarily forms an oxide film by wet surface treatment on the surface of a product made from magnesium alloy and secondarily forms an oxide film by dry surface treatment, the air holes formed on the oxide film primarily are filled with the oxide film secondarily formed. Thus, the oxide film can have a uniform thickness and its voltage resistance can be easily improved.</p> |
