<p>The present invention relates to a method for recovering unburned carbon from bottom ash using a corona discharging electrostatic separation method and to a method for recovering unburned carbon in order to reuse bottom ash, buried in coal ash generated after coal combustion in a thermoelectric power station and concentrating the unburned carbon to have a high energy amount in the recovery procedure and to be used as an energy fuel, thereby securing a technology for reducing a continuously generated industrial byproduct, securing an eco-friendly raw material, preventing environmental pollution and preserving national land. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: performing particle size separation for the bottom ash; crushing the bottom ash and removing floating impurities in order to enhance separation efficiency; sieving the bottom ash in order to concentrate content of the unburned carbon; performing magnetic selection using magnetic force of 2000 gauss or more for separating iron from the bottom ash where the unburned carbon is concentrated; and performing corona discharging electrostatic separation for recovering the unburned carbon from the bottom ash where the iron is removed.</p> |
