A method, device and system for establishing a data channel, the method comprising: a first communication device negotiates with a second communication device to determine that the first communication device uses a channel number in a first channel number set to establish a channel and the second channel device uses a channel number in a second channel number set to establish a data channel, the first channel number set and the second channel number set having no intersection so as to ensure that there is no conflict between the channel number of the data channel established by one device and the channel number of the data channel established by the other device, thus solving the problem of inability of distinguishing the data packets transmitted through different data channels resulting from channel number conflicts, while avoiding the problem of communication delay resulting from reselecting a channel number to establish a data channel in the case of channel number conflicts. |
