The laser measurement system (302) can include at least one laser measurement device (304) combined with a test structure (200) and/or the testing machine (102). The laser measurement system (302) can generates laser measurement data presenting the direction of the test panel (150) relating to a platen and/or a load shaft (120) of the testing machine (102). The adjustment mechanism (400) can adjust location and/or direction of the test panel (150) relating to the platen and/or the load shaft (120) in a method of being moved for the test panel (150) to be substantially aligned with the load shaft (120) based on the laser measurement data.
