This heating cooker (1) comprises: a steam generation device (20) that generates steam; a steam ejection opening (21) that ejects the steam generated from the steam generation device (20); a heating container (30) to which the steam ejected from the steam ejection opening (21) is guided through a steam introduction opening (34); a steam diffusion chamber for diffusing, into the heating container (30), the steam guided from the steam introduction opening (34); and a food-mounting plate on which food is mounted and to which the steam is guided, at least a portion of the food-mounting plate being in communication with the steam diffusion chamber. The steam ejection opening (21) and the steam introduction opening (34) are fitted together detachably. |
