The present invention relates to a compressed-air tank for preventing sinking. At normal times in which a pressure gauge detects that the pressure of the compressed-air tank is a certain pressure or below, a switch is operated such that air is compressed by an air compressor and stored at the certain pressure in the compressed-air tank. If water begins to fill a ship due to the ship hitting a hidden rock or the like, the ship begins to sink and a water sensor having a float switch or the like or a water sensor without a float switch detects that water is filling the ship, the switch is turned on, a servo motor or the like of a valve of the compressed-air tank, which is opened by means of the servo motor or the like, are rotated so as to open the valve of a compression tank such that the air inside the compression tank is sprayed and the sprayed air fills air pockets so as to provide buoyancy to a sinking cabin, thereby preventing sinking. An outer cover formed from carbon nanotubes or the like is provided at the outer side of the air pockets so as to prevent the air pockets from being damaged by furniture, objects or the like inside the ship. In addition, when the water sensor detects that the water is filling the ship, the switch of the air compressor is turned off so as to disenable the operation of the air compressor according to the pressure change of the compressed-air tank. |
