The present invention relates to a seasoning composition comprising bean curd as a main ingredient, wherein bean curd which is easy to process and full of protein and natural ingredients are used to make a seasoning composition used in various foods. The composition of the present invention is prepared by mixing 5-10 parts of weight of a vinegar, 5-10 parts of weight of Japanese Apricot juice, 8-30 parts of weight of milk, 50-70 parts of weight of starch syrup or sugar, 3-5 parts of weight of a salt with 100 parts of weight of bean curd to pulverize the mixture. Bean curd, a first prepared food having high content of proteins is used to prepare a seasoning composition, thereby providing improved flavor, taste, freshness and preference and enabling the composition to be highly utilized as a multi-purpose seasoning for various foods. In addition, the composition is a natural food having no chemicals, thereby having a very useful effect beneficial to health and the composition is prevented from decaying at a room temperature, thereby extending storage period. |
