<p>The present invention relates to a processed food of spring onion for garnishing and a manufacturing method thereof, as uses for garnishing noodles such as such as noodle or ramen, which is configured to comprise: removing a portion of leaves and roots of spring onion; cutting a portion of a straight stem with the moderate size; and freeze drying after slightly boiling only one side. When using for a garnish of a noodle food such as noodle and ramen, the food can maintain a unique shape of raw spring onion and be mixed with unique taste and nutty taste, thereby enhancing an appetite through vision and improving texture chewed inside a mouth during ingesting a garnish.</p> |
