The present invention relates to a coating composition for transparent electrode and a transparent conductive film including the same and, more specifically, to a silver nanowire/carbon nanotube hybrid coating composition manufactured by mixing silver nanowire and carbon nanotube in a fixed ratio and adding a little amount of a binder and a surfactant which are dispersed, and a transparent conductive film including the same.
