<p>The present invention relates to a method, a system, and a computer program for relating an electronic ticket and a traveler booking service relating to a travel. During a booking process, the traveler can be demanded to provide an identification image. The identification image provided by the traveler is related to the electronic ticket existing in an electronic ticket database. In a service point, the traveler can present an image captured by a control system. The control system compares the captured image with the identification image, and determines whether the images match. The control system provides an indicator indicating that the traveler needs to get a booked travel service by the electronic ticket.</p> |
