<p>The present invention relates to a parking guidance and management system (1) comprising: an entrance guide means (3) to provide a driver of a vehicle (10) approaching an entrance with information on whether parking and charging are possible; a heat sensing means (5) to sense heat occurring in the vehicle (10) approaching the entrance of a parking lot; a vehicle entry sensing means (7) to sense the vehicle (10) approaching the entrance for entering into the parking lot; an electrical vehicle guide means (9) to guide, to the driver of the electric vehicle, a position of a parking space (25) for an electrical vehicle capable of charging, when entry of the vehicle is sensed; vehicle sensing means (11,11′,11′) to sense the entry of the vehicle (10) in each of the parking spaces (23, 25); a charging means (13) to charge the electric vehicle packed on the vehicle space (25) for the electric vehicle; and a control means (15) to determine whether the vehicle (10) is the electric vehicle, and to control the entrance guide means (3). Therefore, a reason for the entry of the parking lot with regard to the electric vehicle is checked, and information on optimum parking or charging to meet the entry reason is provided to the driver, so parking convenience of the electric vehicle can be further improved.</p> |
