<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-functional roasting grill having an improved oil drain inducing function and enhanced thermal efficiency. The multi-functional roasting grill having an improved oil drain inducing function and enhanced thermal efficiency according to the present invention comprises: a roasting grill body (10); multiple fire heat holes (11) formed on the roasting grill body (10); a blocking loop portion (12) disposed on the circumference of the fire heat hole (11) to make oil falling on the upper surface of the roasting grill body (10) flow into the side and slip out; multiple strap protrusions (14) arranged on the upper surface of the roasting grill body (10) to be separated from the area of the blocking loop portion (12); and heat packing portions (16) formed in a concave shape protruding upward from the lower surfaces of the strap protrusions (14) to trap heat rising from flames under the roasting grill body (10) and then transfer the heat to the strap protrusions (14).</p> |
