A hair detection device (1), comprising: a data acquisition part (4), a sending part (5) and a fixing part (7) for fixing to hair. The data acquisition part (4) acquires data related to the hair and sends the acquired data to the sending part (5); the sending part (5) receives the acquired data and sends the acquired data to a data processing device (2) having data processing capability, both the data acquisition part (4) and the sending part (5) being located on the fixing part (7). The hair detection device (1) can automatically detect hair quality, and can be directly worn on hair because of the fixing part (7) without affecting the activities of a user, thus providing a more convenient detecting method. Also provided is a hair detection system having the hair detection device (1). |
