A set of bed sheets for a mattress (10) including a fitted sheet (24) adapted to cover the top, side edges, head and foot edges of the mattress (10) and partially wrap under the base of the mattress where the perimeter of the fitted sheet (24) is sewn and gathered using elastic to form an elasticised edge (26) to ensure the sheet is removably secured to the mattress; and a flat sheet (22) which is attached to the fitted sheet (26) at the perimeter of the fitted sheet along the foot edge, (28) of the fitted sheet and partially along the side (30) of the fitted sheet (24). |
