Provided are an evaluation system for image stabilization, and a method thereof. The present invention may include: a sample pattern unit including sample patterns with multiple dot marks; a vibration generating unit which vibrates an imaging device based on a model waveform in a state of supporting the imaging device, to prevent a target of an evaluation from moving; and an image processing unit which evaluates the performance of the image stabilization by receiving a first captured image obtained by imaging the sample pattern unit by the imaging unit in a stationary state and a second captured image obtained by imaging the sample pattern unit by the imaging unit in a state in which the function of image stabilization is operating in a vibrating state.
