[Problem] To provide a load-testing apparatus that makes it possible to control the method by which secondary batteries used as resistances are connected. [Solution] This load-testing apparatus is provided with a plurality of resistance units, each of which has a battery group and a charging circuit, and a switching unit that is used to select a connection method for the battery groups. By supplying electrical power to the resistance units from a power supply under test, a load test is performed. The resistance units are connected in parallel with the power supply under test. A first switching unit is used to select which of the resistance units to connect to the power supply under test, and a second switching unit is used to select which of the battery groups provided in the respective resistance units to connect to an external electrical device. Electrical power can be supplied to said electrical device via the second switching unit in a state in which the number of battery groups connected in series can be changed. |
